I specialize in window cleaning. Large, small, uniquely shaped, French panes, 100-year-old leaded glass- I clean it, and I clean it right.
I love residential window cleaning because of the difference I can make to my customer’s homes. It’s a feel-good service. A common statement I hear from new customers is, “I’ve had my windows cleaned before, but they’ve never looked this clean! “ This is how I know I’m providing the best quality work.

Gutter Cleaning
What’s beautiful about gutter cleaning? Gutter troughs so clean you could eat an ice cream sundae out of ‘em. Well, close… Gutter cleaning ensures that your gutters can continue to serve their purpose, which is directing water away from your home’s foundation. When gutters are not working properly you run the risk of leaks, settling and dangerous mold growth. These repairs can be very costly, but can be easily avoided with routine gutter cleaning and inspection.
My gutter cleaning is always done by hand. Every downspout is inspected and cleared if clogged.
If you live under trees like Fir and Cedar, which drop needles and debris year-round, you should consider semiannual gutter cleaning.
Roof Cleaning
My roof cleaning is all done by hand rather than pressure washing. This allows me to be very selective about which areas of the roof get cleaned. The benefits to this approach: Less abrasive cleaning touching only 10% to 20% of the roof; No water = no leaks.
Once I remove the moss I apply a generous amount of moss treatment, (zinc sulfate) to the roof to kill the roots of the moss and keep it from coming back.
Preventative - with new roofs or newly cleaned roofs, the best, least abrasive, most cost-effective method to keeping a clean roof and prolonging its lifespan is to keep it treated and avoid roof cleaning altogether.
